𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Communicate with Customers and solve their queries through messages calls and or live chat by
providing professional beauty advice.
2. CRM executive manages social media channels and inbound/outbound calls ensuring customer
satisfaction.
3. Strong interest in wellness products and agility at learning new products and features within the
time limits.
4. Promptly and politely respond to the stakeholder’s inquiries and requests for support.

1. EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Call Center/Social Media managing. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
