How to use:
After you apply a lip scrub and hydrate your lips, dry them with a napkin. Apply lip liner that is either the same color, darker or lighter than your Lipstick. Apply Mattever Lipstick from the center of your lips and drag it along the length of your lips. Allow a few minutes for the color to set.
