# Manage Order Processing, Fulfillment, and Logistics Arrangements.
# Perform inventory checking, tracking & replenishing.
# Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper inventory & logistic control.
# Organize shipments, ensuring accuracy between received stock, packing lists, and warehouse records.
# Creatively identifying and proactively suggesting of possible solutions in the event of insufficient product availability.
# Assist with administrative tasks to maintain document accuracy.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
# Education: Diploma/ BBA/ other professional field. PGD in SCM will get a preference.
# 6 months – 1 year of experience in a relevant field can be added as an advantage.
# ERP knowledge is preferred.
# Must have basic knowledge of warehouse operation
# Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required.
# Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1. Identify new suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure reliable and costeffective sourcing.
2. Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing the beauty product procurement, analyzing sales data, and managing stock replenishment strategies.
3. Ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery by working closely with suppliers and logistics partners.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer preferences and assist in developing and launching new products by coordinating with them.
5. Actively participate in product listing, content creation, and marketing initiatives for the beauty category on our e-commerce platform.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
1. Graduate from any discipline.
2. 1-3 years of prior experience in beauty product procurement or a similar role within the e-commerce industry is required; however, freshersโ can also apply.
3. Using ERP software and MS Office applications is preferable.
