How To Use
- One and a half teaspoons of leaf powder should be soaked in a glass of water for four to five hours. If it is a dry leaf, 20-30 leaves should be soaked. In the morning, mix a small amount of hot water in it and drink it like tea. Meals should be in the vicinity of the bathroom within 4-5 hours. It is not advisable to take more than two days a week.
- Mix Amalki, Shikakai with Shenna leaves together and apply on hair. After 30 to 40 minutes, wash off with shampoo.
- Mix multani soil musk turmeric and a small amount of conch with gold leaf and apply it on the face. It will promote acne quickly.
