In Face:
- Start with a clean face. Use your regular cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.
- Pour a few drops of pure argan oil into the palm of your hand. You only need a small amount, as argan oil is highly concentrated.
- Rub your palms together to warm the oil slightly. This makes it easier to apply and helps it absorb into your skin more effectively.
- Use your fingertips to gently massage the argan oil into your face and neck. Apply it in upward and outward motions to promote circulation and avoid pulling on your skin.
- Pay extra attention to areas that may be dry or in need of extra hydration, such as around the eyes, mouth, and on any dry patches.
- Allow the oil to absorb into your skin for a few minutes. It should leave your skin feeling soft and smooth, not greasy.
For Hair:
- Daily Use for Shine and Frizz Control: Take a few drops to your palm, rub well and then apply on hair, focusing on the ends and avoiding the scalp. Comb or brush your hair to distribute the oil evenly.
- Deep Conditioning Treatment to repair damaged hair: Apply on hair starting from hair root and then massage well into your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap or warm towel and leave it on for at least 30 minutes and then shampoo well.
- Split End Treatment: Apply argan oil to the ends of your hair to help prevent and treat split ends.
