Begin with clean, dry skin. Pour a small amount of sweet almond oil into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to warm the oil slightly. Gently massage the oil into your skin using upward and circular motions. Continue massaging the oil all over your body, including your arms, legs, torso, and back. For your chest and neck area, use gentle upward strokes.
In Hair:
Warm a small amount of sweet almond oil in your hands and apply the oil directly to your scalp. Use your fingertips to gently massage the oil into your scalp in circular motions for about 5-10 minutes.
