A. The best way to use a makeup blending sponge is by wetting it just enough so that it’s damp. Squeeze out excess moisture, apply makeup to the back of your hand, dip the rounded end of the sponge into it, and then apply on the face.

A. Add a few tablespoons of liquid soap to a bowl of warm water. Submerge the sponge in the soap water to get it wet, and then work it into a lather by gently pressing the sponge repeatedly. Rinse the sponge under warm water, squeeze out excess water using a towel, and set it out to dry in a well-ventilated location.
