2. Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip.
3. Center the pad on your underwear, sticky side down, pressing firmly to secure.
4. If the pad has wings, fold them over the edges of your underwear for extra security.
5. To dispose, wrap the used pad in its disposable wrapper (or tissue) and place it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
